Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generating database for calling through websites, web-sourcing, online sites or shared data etc.
- Generate leads and revenue in the region allocated
- Manage data of new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
- Making Outbound Calls, generating new opportunities & nurturing the opportunities generated
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
- Work with the teams (External/Internal) to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet desired goals.
- Data-driven analysis with strong attention to detail and ability to execute within a matrix team structure.
- Sharing quotations to customers through email on real-time basis
- Communicating with customers on over phone & over email.
- Good command on communication
- Requires a strong, assertive approach
- Experience data management and system updates
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Empowered to drive results
- Graduate or Minimum H.S.C Cleared
- Minimum 1 year of experience required in tele sales or inbound/outbound calling process
